Looking to streamline college housing for students? Listing in Bulk may be the best option for you. With flexible listing-in-bulk discounts and enhanced marketing for your listings, this turns standard listings to premier listings with a faster lead-to-lease conversion.

- Marketing: Priority Marketing & ‘Featured’ Status on these listings
- Visibility: Students see featured listings before they see standard listings
*Listings with no interest forms from students for a period of 90 days since activation will be deactivated, but not deleted.
**One Listing Credit is equal to one listing that can be uploaded to EDUrain (e.g. if you have 20 Listing Credits, you can upload up to 20 listings before you have to purchase another package to list more). To find out how many Listing Credits you have, go to your landlord profile.
